Hello and welcome to the Jaguar Temple community! My name is Andrew Milligan. If you are reading this email, we have met at the bodywork table, shared space in sacred ceremony or a metaphysical community, or are a personal friend.

I intend for these blog shares to be a conversation. I wish to offer some insights I have received from my studies in western bodywork, as well as wisdom from the Amazonian medicine world and the Ancestral work I have done. There even may be the random post about astrology, or some other tidbit which I believe is worth contemplation.
